- Please note that submitting low quality/resolution images may delay the processing of your order. 

- Please send us original images, and please NO mobile phone screenshot as these will look blury after printing.

  By sending us your photos, If any of your images does not fit onto your chosen frame due to unsuitable ratio, you agree to give us consent (without the need to contact you first) to change them to the next suitable size in order to best fit your image. This applies to all frame sizes and sets. This means if you have ordered multiple frames, some of the frames will not be in the same size. Please see below of an illustration of the possible changes.

• • Example of Frame Changes due to unsuitable image ratio:

    8" x 8" (Original frame) -----> A5 8"x 6" (New frame size)

    A4 12" x 8" (Original frame) -----> 10"x10" (New frame size)

    A3 16" x 12" (Original frame) -----> 14"x14" (New frame size)

    A2 20" x 16" (Original frame) -----> 18"x18" (New frame size)
